How we do it
- 1Steam, not a dry plate: it relaxes the fibre so creases lift without a shine mark.
- 2Sarees are pressed along the length with the pleats set if you ask for them.
- 3Returned on hangers, in a bag, so they arrive the way they left the board.
- 4If a garment is not actually clean when it arrives, we tell you and offer Wash & Press instead.
Before you send it
- Send clothes that are already clean; a stained piece is offered Wash & Press instead.
- Say if you want pleats set on sarees.
- Hangers come back with the order; return them next time if you like.

Usually back the next day. Same-day is sometimes possible for small orders; ask on WhatsApp before noon.

Yes, at low temperature with a cloth between the plate and the fabric.
